Hi all, A friend of mine has had this picture on a back of a sign for a while now and she was wondering if anyone knew who the artist was. It was found in London a fair few years ago now but was just intrigued to find out if anyone knew anything about it? It has 'no change here' written on the right.  |

100% arofish, the exact same design was hung at his recent exhibition in se london
