Anyone know what the standard photographic prints were of? The B screen prints were sold via PYMCA.com, which was/still is a stock photo library...

never knew about the photos except the ones at the open day.
does anyone own one ?? as lo key said i though someone would have one...maybe they never sold as people would prefer a print rather then a photo...very much unlikely though.
i hate it everytime i see the old website...so depressing.

how many people today would actually buy that girl with an ice cream for £2000 to put on the wall, I bet most would sell at the drop of a hat

Whilst these are undoubtedly incredibly cheap you can argue that (considering how many years on we are, and how much more well known he has become) todays prints are also amazingly cheap at source - just getting one of the buggers is the problem.

Think the POW staff have every signed print that they've ever released in their pension?

At the time I thought £150 was a p1ss take so I emailed banksy.
He sent a fairly lengthy response instructing telling me to f*ck off.

Be nice to check that email out! Any chance of posting it? To clear a few bits up on here, the website this came from was a stock library sales site of mostly urban and music pictures, which I think was owned by Sleazenation of which Mr Laz was heavily involved, you could choose a to buy a photo and they would put it on canvas at what ever size you wished hence the size options (NOT photos of Mr B's artwork)!! The screens were an after thought, which worked!!! :-) I remember buying a few signed at the time but thinking £100 was a bit expensive :-) But happy with what I got!

Its amazing how much these early pieces have risen in value, and who knows some bit we are buying now for less than £50, by another Artist might go the same way in 5 years time.

Its amazing how many people loved this movement before any of you greedy basatards!!! Its also amazing how many of those founding fathers appear to have sold most of that art and moved on.
