pm sent to jet set, any responce to this thread? Thanks RonHill, I just got back to a computer from the day away... I appreciate the notice of the concern... I also had an email from one of the hand-aged clients that said that RUMORS (Thanks "freerange" or whomever like to start these things.) were started on "the forums". So, besides this thread, if there are others, please repost. I don't have the time to go searching everywhere for these concerns. This is my response to that email and to all the clients: Thanks for your concern! We certainly want to correct any lies or rumors right away!
I think you should wait to hear an official response from D*Face in regards to these rumors. I think that once you get your print, you will find it to be well worth the wait.
Rest assured, D*Face has been paid for every print and he can tell you how he feels about our work together. I am not responsible for shipping, although I take full responsibility for the sale and publishing of the edition, as well as paying the artist, of course! If you would like a refund on the print, I am happy to oblige; however let's wait until Monday to find out directly from Stolen Space when you can expect delivery; OK?
I have been assured that the prints were shipped and they are on their way.
I appreciate your business, and I assure you that you will all be satisfied quite soon. Thank-you for your patience. |

Thanks HC, I was looking for this thread . I am waiting on the hand aged edition, when I started sending emails I received no reply from either jetset or stolen space, which was getting me a little anxious as a few forum members whether right or wrong seem to be happy for this to all go tits up. I have since had a reply from Daniel with a reply similar to the one above, This i do believe to be true and that D is only getting around to hand finishing them now, as it has been Xmas and NYE to get thru and hey everyone else had time off.
In saying that I am looking forward to finding out what the official reply is on monday.
also why has Jetset lost his blue star?

Stolen Space sent out the hand finished prints on Friday so we should be getting them within the next couple of days.

Hopefully this is in everyone's best interests. Good move, thanks! Will be interesting to hear how this pans out for people this week with JetSet. I have 100% trust in StolenSpace, so no worries in that department. |

I still haven't heard personally from Daniel at Jetset recently, so was really pleased to see his post on here to reassure us all - many thanks to him for that. Have to say though that if there had been a quicker response on here or to my emails (of which I've sent 3 over the last week or so) then certain 'stirrers' might not have got rumors going! Anyway I'm very happy to say that I heard from Stolen Space this morning to conform that the prints were sent out flat on Friday by specialist courier so should be with us Monday or Tuesday. As Silky says have complete faith in SS, and since I got in touch with them last week they have been great - thanks Eve! Can't wait to see these in a day or so, sure they'll be amazing! Seems you can put away the popcorn now Freerange  |

ahhhh those rumor mills, people love to stir the pot and hope for the worst, don't they...  I think I might end up being really bummed I didn't get one of these hand finished prints... If any of you out there that got one doesn't like it, hit me up... |

Just to chime in, JetSet got back to me pretty quickly when I PM'd him on this forum and StolenSpace were very helpful in chasing things up for me. I guess it's worth bearing in mind that when 2 companies are trying to resolve issues in time zones that are 8 hours apart there are always going to be some communication delays. I know that I was getting a little nervous hearing rumours and not getting answers immediately but I think patience is the key. Looking forward to seeing this in the flesh and for me, the delay just heightens the anticipation! |
