Oh great, something to look forward to then as I'm still waiting on my GWT to arrive. It's like waiting for your baggage at Heathrow while everyone else has already left with theirs.

Unfortunately we should all technically be getting a bill for taxes due - its just that some of us have been lucky and for some reason or another our said prints have slipped through the net!
Now makes that first one that sold at auction on ebay seem like a bargain!!!

Got my GWT today - complete with extra customs charge, a couple of nasty dints in the back and a few scratches on the girl's body too, there was no tissue paper which could account for the scratches but the dints must have happened before it was packaged as the tube was unmarked?! it's a really stunning image and lovely print, just a shame the way it's reached me that's all. i think the fact that the full invoice details and value of the contents could have something to do with the customs charge, maybe - not too sure on this but surely it would have been better to hide this information too, no? does anyone know what the score is with refunds/ replacements?

Sorry to hear that closeencounters I agree that putting a content description (and price) so clearly on view isn't good! If recent investigations are right, there are undoubtedly some postal sorting stations in the UK where that would have been given the once-over by some tea-leaf a$$hole. I'd simply get in touch with Morten about the possibility of a replacement.

Also get him to zero rate the price and state that its a replacement otherwise you will most likely be stung twice for the charges!

It's not the VAT that p**ses me off but the £8 Royal Mail charge, why should I pay them for the privilege of taking my money, and they don't even take cards in the office!
It does look like the prints were pushed in the tubes fairly vigorously, my print was OK put separating paper was pretty mashed at one end.

Mine arrived with no damage although i must say that i was not too sure about the type of paper that it was wrapped in and by having the HMP business cards on either end.

I seem to be one of the lucky ones. Print in perfect condition and not a custom man in sight! That's my luck used up for the month then!
