Noticed that too, but couldn't think of his name to post it!
Weird. I don't rate his "cartoon" monkeys at all. They're fun though I suppose, and could be popular with the masses.

The print edition of 50 for £100 will knock the socks off anything POW releases The POW release will be £150 minimum I'll bet for a larger edition

Sweet toof is in a different league IMO JB.... I like the MM thing when I see it on the street it always makes me smile but think his work doesnt translate onto prints... end up just looking like a cartoon image out of context

I never thought MM translated well to prints/canvas either, and not being in London much his work has no personal relevance, but I have to admit those 2 are bangers! However I'm sure in the spirit of Fiesta Resistance the new POW ones will be disappointing..

That really is quite a good effect on the canvas, how is that achieved I wonder? Embossing of some sort?

Thanks so much for the mention! I'm really wanting to pick one of these up, but will wait to see if I get lucky with a Banksy first.

Saw one of these at that Village Underground 'The Thousands' show the other week. Looked ace hanging on their exposed brick walls. The one there looked like he'd taken a cast of a brick wall and run off a fibreglass 'canvas', then just sprayed it like a regular wall. Prob not fibreglass, but it sure didn't look like regular canvas.

Yeah, I'd have to agree with that - the one on the brick wall looks the dogs, must admit looking at the brick courses as it appears like it's just been sprayed on the wall and then a frame put round it.
Only it hasn't.....top work.
