Swoon -- Drown Your Boats at New Image Art Gallery, by rkitek on Feb 15, 2008 5:46:58 GMT 1, I dropped by New Image Art Gallery this evening and got a glimpse at the preparation for Swoon's show, Drown Your Boats, that will be opening this weekend. Once again, she is transforming the entire gallery like last year (sans Faile and company) and the quality of the work is simply amazing -- there looks to be a lot of new work that she hasn't shown before.
There's still working like crazy to get the show done, but if you have an opportunity to go by this weekend or at any point during the run of the show, you won't be disappointed. Looks like it could be one of the highlights this year in LA.

I do know that architectural drawings/renderings are sometimes done on mylar as that's how we did quite a few of them when I was in school.
