For all you moaning about the colour change, this piece was up for sale.Within 48 hours it had the Yacht varnish applied. Someone gave them the nod to do this......


The Yacht varnish was applied to preserve this piece and keep it on the streets

i know all about the varnish on it , no point in putting it on in the first place ,as it would not make any difference. just a waste of £££, and made it look worse

BTW - The speech bubble is paper. The same people had previously put in a 'God Save our Banksy' bubble, which had slipped to the bottom of the perspex. Looks like they've refreshed their mod!

They did a bloody good job as even at close range I couldn't see that it was paper. Mind you the missus is always telling me to get my eyes tested.
