and the first lp was parralel lines by blondie atomic had just been released and i was to young to understand that it wouldnt be on this lp.

First single (actually an EP) I bought with my own money was A Boy Named Sue with Johnny Cash, and I am quite proud over that. Could have been a lot worse as I was about 8-10 years old.

Apart from those I've already mentioned, Debby Harry and Toyah, changed my view on speech defects as well.

I bought it more times than any other record, remember leaving one 12" on top of a space invader, another got nicked at school I must have had 4-5 different copies but couldn't ever keep hold of it for more than a couple of days

Maxïmo Park - our eartly pleasures, last pinkpop. Because I saw they were signing stuff, so I needed something for them to sign. And it turned out that when you bought the cd you were allowed to stand in a much shorter waiting line.

Besides that ive never really spend money on music, i just download it. So I can buy spraypaint
