yeah for sure but you could also cut your banksay stencil and spray your own canvas... but buying the invasion kits was great fun and the look amazing just cant work out how to present them.... they are street art so framing them seems a little ghey.

Does anyone know how much a signed version of the Albino Invader was when it was sold thru POW. I know that the unsigned one was £50... so was the signed one £100?
Cheers

I'm thinking of trying to buy a signed one and then sell my unsigned one.

Ok... I've seen today on Ebay that some more people have been selling Albino Invader which mine looks similar to, but as mentioned before I had worked out the difference with mine is that it's 15 out of 200, not 100.
Now I've worked out the main difference! My numbering (out of 200) is written in the blue square on the bottom right corner, NOT the bottom right corner on the yellow box like the two currently selling on Ebay. This difference suggests to me so it must've been a 200 copies edition... maybe made especially for the Santa's Ghetto 2005?
Can anyone help me work out what print this is? Any ideas?

POW have been known to write the edition number wrong on many occassions, especially during the chaos of Santa's Ghetto. As there were 100 signed + numbered & 100 numbered they probably started off numbering out of 200 but then decided to split them up into seperate editions for signed and unsigned like the latest Banksy prints.

Dont risk getting a wrong number, get a signed edition next time - invader numbers them himself! ***This post is not POW bashing, just a statement***

Pastie Pie, yes you are spot on! I wrote to Space Invader himself, well his helper Orbi in fact at Invader HQ, and they said that is the case... what happened was the early numbers of the unsigned edition were sold at Santa's Ghetto in December 2005 and those were numbered out of 200. Mine was number 15 which makes sense in all this! Then post Santa's Ghetto they realised they should've been numbering them out of 100 so that's what they did. Orbi him/herself was sent some copies of the unsigned one for their referencing purpose and theirs was numbered out of 200! PHEW! Thekevster, yes you are also correct. The signed Space Invader prints are numbered by Invader himself and signed too! I'm going to sell my unsigned one this week and buy a signed one! x

Picked up a signed Alex yesterday and it rules. Always loved the original, but £4,500 was just slightly out of my league. For those people who are suffering from a post christmas cash shortage the unsigned prints should be release any time now. A bargin at £50 if you ask me.

My unsigned Albino Invader number 15/200 is now on sale at Ebay guys... check it out! I'm going to bid on a signed one to replace this one! I also bought a signed ALEX, waiting for it to arrive in post, but SO HAPPY I made it in time over the website... as they've all sold out now... phew! I didn't buy one of the edition of 30 - Space File but I did buy one of the Rubik Cubism ones... they are colourful and gorgeous!
