Looks like he is pissed that "all he got for his birthday was this stupid picture that he's sure daddy wanted really" Nice they gave you a paste up, I was trying to snag one of them off them a while back. Where did you get this one from, didn't see it on Amilas

gozgoz here goes sorry for the confusion, it is created between myself and static and intended as a snapshot of the present credit crisis on wall street:
Sapped by the subprime crisis, rich-world financial-services groups have been administered nearly $69 billion-worth of infusions from the savings of the developing world in the past ten months, according to Morgan Stanley. Ben Bernanke[an American economist and current Chairman of the Board of Governors of the United States Federal Reserve] once spoke of dropping money from helicopters, if necessary, to save an economy in distress. The chairman of the Federal Reserve probably did not envisage that choppers bearing the insignia of oil-rich Gulf states and cash-rich Asian countries would hover over Wall Street. Yet just such a squadron has flown to the rescue of capitalism's finest. On January 15th [this year] the governments of Singapore, Kuwait and South Korea provided much of a $21 billion lifeline to Citigroup and Merrill Lynch, two banks that have lost fortunes in America's credit crisis. It was not the first time either had tapped the surplus savings of developing countries, known as sovereign-wealth funds, that have proliferated in recent years thanks to bumper oil prices and surging Asian exports last year China Investment Corporation (CIC), was sent into the world with $200 billion in its back pocket. Ironically before the credit crunch American politicians objected to Arabs owning ports and Chinese owning oil firms.
Hope this clears it up and is also the idea behind wall street in the background in the colour of the dollar bill.

I initially thought the last flag was UAE (for Dubai SWF), and not Kuwait. Thanks for the explanation. Good idea and story behind the piece.
As Silky mentioned, it will definitely make a great print!
