Thank God, I though it was just my print that vanished into thin air!
I can see why Opus get a lot of the flack on here. They're great at collecting in the money but pi55-poor at letting you know what's going on with your purchase.
Opus - I stood in the rain for over 3 damn hours at your London show and got nothing more than a receipt for a pre-order on the day. Have now been waiting around two months for a print that I couldn't even view prior to purchase but was made to pay for up front. How about it, any clues as to when we can expect to be in receipt of our purchases?

The precise date of their delivery is not OU's job to define, it's the post office's. Three hours in the rain, is it OU's fault that it rained? Moan, moan, moan.

Would it not have been easier to pick up the phone and ring Antony at Opus to see if he could help instead of stomping your feet like a whiney little girl and shouting and moaning about everything under the sun. Now go and pick your teddy up and put it back in your pram. Thank God, I though it was just my print that vanished into thin air! I can see why Opus get a lot of the flack on here. I was at the Cancer Sell place to drop off a canvas donation and a Graf Warrior came in the mail for them. I must say that the pictures don't do it justice but the print was really nice to look at (and touch).
I tip my hat to Hush for his kind donation. Now I hope they don't know what it's worth so that I can buy it.

Well, if you read back you'll see that I was aware that the prints were sent out a week ago. Hence my concern! OU charge £10 for UK postage. They have control over which service they spend that money on, therefore, they have the ability to define the delivery date to a reasonable extent First class recorded delivery should arrive within two days. We can't really blame the post office unless the package has got lost in the mail. OU have just contacted me (thank's guys) and offered to find my print via the tracking number.
