all i care about is the art.
i kinda assumed art fans would have the same integrity, obviously not.
Theirs still a couple of copyright prints available today and on the night.
so its not as if their is nothing left.

Please dont pm me again to blast me with your negivitive crap.
im surprised art fans are so quick to give artists s**t, if thats how you feel dont bother coming to my shows.

I'm not noramlly a moaner but jezze! Last night was a total farse!!

Opus - Whats the f**king point in coming on the forum and advertising the show if your gonna have a "friends and family" night the day before and everything gets sold out?! A better idea would have been to kepp your mouth shut about the whole event and just sell to your mates instead of dragging some people half way across the country to get pissed on and pissed off (me included). This will not increase popularity for the artists or your gallery. I would like to think in this day and age that any complaint would be taken seriously but to be honest after the poor treatment last night its obvious that you are a business and as long as you make your money then f**k everyone else and you silence this morning is f**king deafening!

Copyright / Hush - What an earth made you agree to this "special show" the night before? If your gonna do this type of thing then why not increase your edition size so there is something left for the people that are not a friend of a friend of a friend. Really dissapointed in the whole f**king thing and will not be returning (online included) I have seen you guys post comments on the forum and you see like nice guys. Where the f**k were those nice guys last night!!?? Even looking at the stuff i do have of yours is making me angry.

Sorry lads but a poor effort and one that should not be repeated.

How about an apology on a thread and save something of your rep over this absolute fiasco!! (That goes for all of you!!)

Lemme tell you Jed, that is a poor decision you've just made! How can it possibly be cool for you to post something that was intended as a Private Message in the forum?

I'd have loved to visit this show, it's a shame that so many who did have not focussed on the brilliant art that was on show! The photos look goooood! There were never going to be enough Hush prints for everyone, but to go and ignore the art is sad and selfish. And I have to say that I suspect the motives of many who are making out as if missing out on a print was the be all and end all. I bet many of these guys would have had them on ebay by now and they're just p!ssed about the profit they might have missed (no one in particular being accused).

Im neither here nor there on this subject, but I will say this -- there is a preview night to EVERY art show. If you are intent on making a purchase at an upcoming show, the best thing to do is contact the gallery in advance and express your interestin buying so that they can get you a preview invite.....

Personally I think the whole situation has become kind of a witchhunt, and a bit out of hand in general.

Don´t blame the artists, Opus already admitted their mistakes and I don´t see how the artists should be taken responsible for the whole thing.

Posting pm´s in the forum is just bad moral.

No wonder Copyright is so disappointed, he, Hush and the gallery all worked really hard to put on an art show and all they have got off this forum is shit. The last thread was a witchhunt against Anthony (at a very personal level) and now your posting pm's for all to see.

I was there and have already posted my comments on how I think it went. It was far from perfect, but we all learn from our mistakes and should be given support to do so. It's Sunday so the show is three days ago, just let go of the anger and move on. If you are still pissed off with Opus don't buy from them again, same for Hush and Copyright, but stop acting like a henous crime has been committed.

I went yesterday to have another look and spent the day walking from one gallery to another. A very pleasent way to spend a sunny Saturday afternoon ;D

yup, its the final day today, there are still a few copyright prints left and one or two originals.

more importantly though, the last chance to see this particular collection from the artists in one place, its a fantastic show







and they both painted Cargo yesterday...




the girl in the copyright piece will be the subject of his next print and is the follow up to "let go"

Whatever you did/said/posted to get his attention it was annoying enough to make Copyright feel he needed to contact you direct to clear the air, and then like a little childish groupie girl you had to wave your hands and show everyone you got a rise out of an arists.

If anything I hope, through your B.S., you encouraged him to go all out and create some amazing work as a response to hater art groupies.

Plus the guy probably felt that you were soo crazy, or mentally unstable it's probably a little more safe for you to just stay at home instead of attending one of his shows. That being said I'm 99% sure you'll be at the next Copyright show because you can't get enough.

I can understand you were angry but im 100% sure that copyright has worked really hard on this show and must be pretty devistated by all the negativity on the forum the past few days.

I really hope people will see that it was the fault of the gallery and they apologized. And i hope it wont negatively influence copyright as jugding from the pics there must have been some really cool artworks there:).
