I like the idea of adapting an existing image, like the way Jake and Dinos Chapman reworked Goya's etching. There also very beautiful, colours are fresh and work quite harmoniously together. Also a reasonable price as Im only a student, so cant afford other works I like (i.e. Banksy, Micallef, Beejoir) Do you like them?

Ollie - Beejoirs go on sale for around 100. The secondary market pushes the prices up.

I really like them. They are kind of like a cover version that reeks of insects style. I really like the colours also. I would buy them all if I had the money.

New Book: hello For those of you who were unable to come to my recent exhibition 'If You Lived Here You'd Be Home By Now' that took place at the Lazarides Gallery, I have produced a hardbound book of the series of work that was on show. If you would like a copy of the book, please go to www.lazinc.com/artists/stanleydonwood/books/1/

Nope. Firstly the dead concept has been thrashed to death and secondly I don't feel i understand them. Why cows? Also I wouldn't say they would really brighten up a room either, purely on a base level. EDIT: DId you get one Curley?

Arent they to do with his exhibition death to modernism and the cows are reworked from Andy Warhol's image of them..

not a fan...maybe if there was only 1 colorway released I would have a different opinion, but I immediately am putoff when I see 6 colorways for a single image.

Personally I only want the Sid print cuz I'm a sad old Pistol's fan, don't really care much for the rest of his work although the 'Dogs' artwork at Laz is pretty neat!
