They owe me about £2,500 of goods and they stalled me on them for about over a month, what should I do? Does anyone have any contact information for anyone who was at the gallery, cause its just pure robbery and Im not letting them get away with this at all as Im a poor student that have saved that money for the art.

You may have to send some leg-breakers on an errand. I heard the owner had a massive problem with the sniffy(booger sugar). If that is the case, i'm sure buyin' the next gram carries more importance to this guy than anything else.
Sorry to hear that, man... That sux!
Student or not, that's a knot of cash that's tough to walk away from.

Sorry to hear that. If you bought using a credit card contact your credit card company about it.

Assuming you have spoken to all parties..including any Bank involvement, then its off to see the Police and, depending on how you paid tlsg, recoup what money you can..
I would be gutted..2.5k
Was this money not for 'an amount' of the lv statues?
Think you helped someone stay 'high' unfortunately

I think its time for some creative revenge.
Someone must know who their dealer was. Break into his house and cut all the goods with stricnine, laxatives and bromide.
That'll fuck 'em up.
Seriously though, its a shame for all you guys who have lost money. There must be some kind of comeback on all this. Lets hope something good finally comes from it all.

If I was out of pocket I'd complain and make sure that something happened but I wouldn't necessarily expect much of my £ back. I don't know anything about TLSG but where a company has traded insolvent the directors can be prosecuted. Prison sentences are available. Directors can be disqualified from holding the position of a director which rather causes problems for directors who want to start up new companies when the old one goes bust. Oh and without wanting to sound prudish the use of class A drugs is illegal

Contact the receiver for TLSG Ltd and inform him that they are holding your property. They should release it to you if you can prove ownership (the receipt together with any bank or credit card should do).

I think if you've bought a skull you should be OK... I hope he doesn't mind me saying but I believe they're now with misterframeman.
I don't know James that well, but I really don't believe he's intended to rip anyone off.

HPS - i'm sure James didn't mean to rip anyone off, but the fact is that as far as the rumour mill is concerned, they have mismanaged funds and used them unwisely for their own purposes. Maybe we should tell some of the people that are seriously out of pocket that James didn't mean to rip them off, see if that makes them feel better. I somehow doubt it.

They should release it to you if you can prove ownership (the receipt together with any bank or credit card should do). This is very wise advice. If anybody has a receipt for the goods then get in touch with the receiver straight away. TLSG are simply in possesion of something you already own.

I'm sure someone said they're not (well they weren't) a limited company If they do not have Limited liability then you can make a private claim against the owners but that will be less fruitful I would guess as they will have to declare themselves bankrupt. Has anbody checked with companies house?

They are a limited company. Companies House is not showing the company in liquidation yet. I suspect they are arranging the creditors meeting. Anyone who is a creditor should get notified. By the way Comanies House shows David Gray resigned a while back.
