Anyone want an Eine shutter with the letter "P" on it.. Eine did the piece on the old Duffer of St . George showroom in Shoreditch.
It is being removed tomorrow. The owner does not want it nor do I.
A donation to St. Josephs Hospice in East London is all that is required.
Cheque will be made payable to the hospice.
I will also add £500 to the winning bid. C'mom forum it is a good cause .

P for Please support St. Joseph's Hospice. It is big and measures about 15ft x 10 ft. Look good anywhere. The owner does not require it , nor does he want to make any money from it. You will receive a thank you letter from ST. JOSEPH'S I will add £500 myself to to bump up the donation. C'mon forum, stop being tight. You get to keep this lovely piece from the King of The Fonts.

Good idea, £500 isn't a bad price too considering an editioned canvas would cost more. I'd have it if I had the space. Hmmm

With someone's wife's permission it'd be a good garage shutter door, something to rile the neighbours at least

Good on Richy. You are the front runner. There is no minimum price. Richy will get it unless anyone can top £100. This will end on Sunday at 24.00. The buyer will be contacted to pick it up. By the way it lies now in a container storage unit in Barking. So you will have to collect it from there.

Is it rolled up, and not a 10 by 15 unit?. If its rolled up I will offer £120

Saw this the other day... Hasn't it been tagged over a bit?

The shutter looked in fine condition when I saw it last week, very sharp & bright colours.
G i think the tag might just be the dedication added by Eine...? Might be wrong though?
I'm going to talk the wife into making an offer... ;D

Thanks for the support and speebe is correct Eine added "Present 2009" at the bottom right. This because a store is opening there called "PRESENT" and Eine is a friend of the owner of the building.
Looked at it today in a container storage unit in Barking and it is in pristine condition. Not only will the winner get this one off item but he will also be helping a good cause. Always remember the fragility of life.

OK, after discussion with the owner, the piece is going to SILKY for all the patience he has on the board on dealing with people like myself. Who at times can get out of their prams. So SILKY hire the van, it's yours. Send me a P.M. and you can pick it up on Tuesday.
No more bids unless SILKY does not want it.

Flypitcher, I have just fallen off ma chair Really! I cant take it, I have no way to collect it, live a long way from London. And the most important thing is I dont have anywhere to display it. This really needs to go to a good home that can show it off to its full potential. Thanks very much for the offer anyway

Must be somebody here who has a club or bar in London who could give this a good home, so everyone can still enjoy it ;D
