What was the book like? Worth buying? Is it pricey?

Great show... Love a good Elms private view. Always good people and good booze. Gutted to not see any more than the two dalek pieces... The Neates were off the chain and the Phil Frost pieces were amazing!!!
All good.
Whats the rumour?
The book is priced £200 (£175 tonight apparently!)

It was called London Bridge, really good cos they all looked the same, think it was a whopping £40K. Although only looked over peoples shoulders at price lists. Was gutted the WK Interact pillow was £18K, was my favourite thing bar the Parla Miami piece and I have never liked Parla, but this piece was amazing, unfortunately too large for a photo

Here's a few more of the Neate's. Photos don't do them justice so if you get a chance go down to Elms, it's definitely worth it. The first one is called Tall Portrait and is a cracker. The Parla was a beauty. Some great Phil Frosts as well.

credit crunch there may be, but there's no quality crunch, this is probably as good as a show from elms as we've seen, adam neate continues his shift in his direction & maintains his high standard, his work is bordering geometric with its precision, the boy's a real talent, no doubt, the parla was outstanding, i was'nt a fan of the use of differnet colours in the last show, works on the watercolours, not on the canvas, this was a return to top form, daubs of plaster, liquid rust, decay enlightened with calligraphy, stunning. the invader,wk & lister works were all good & the dalek & ron english excellent, but for me, the real champion of the show was phil frost, the work downstairs was top drawer. go see, if you're really lucky, there might be some mulled wine left! great show from a consistently great gallery

Wow love the Neate in the red frame, his work never ceases to amaze me. He continues to constantly push himself forward and progress as an artist. The Dalek also look a bit special.
