Dampen the affected area with a moist cotton bud (pref with distilled water) then place between a couple of sheets of paper & place weight upon over night and it and it will be gone.

If you don't believe me try on a test sheet of paper and you will not be disappointed.

For a valuable print, wouldn't it be safer to get it professionally dealt with? - tho' have no idea if cost would be prohibative.

I must admit, knowing the damage was there, even tho' it would be covered up if mounted when framed, would slightly tarnish my enjoyment. I would ask pow if replacement was possible.
Just my personal opinion, mind.
Nice one bagging this print tho' - would have loved one of these.

There has been a lot sent back because of damage, give them a quick call. I heard they were very low on replacements!

To be honest it would niggle me even if it had a mount to hide it. I think they've had a few sent back, so I would imagine it shouldn't be a problem with POW. You pay good money, you expect a perfect print.

Know just what you mean If you know a faults there, it will always jump out at you whenever you look at the picture and spoil your enjoyment of it

mine had the same damage but only on the bottom left. i trimmed off about 0.5cm from the bottom and all is good now. the print measured about 0.5cm longer than the 56x76 specs on POW anyway.

jk. my print was damaged on the lower left. before i was going to send it back, i wanted to flatten the print out with a bunch of other sleeves on top of it. That seemed to do the job.

mine had similar damage, they offered to flatten it which was kind but the knowledge that it was fixable was enough so i went to ikea, got a frame for sub-£20 and am currently waiting for it to finish flattening

If you intend to get it framed, ask them (the framer) to press it out - its an easy enough problem to fix
