Herakut - 'Dirty Laundry' - PHOTOS, by graeme501 on Dec 13, 2008 20:26:32 GMT 1, i also did not have to sign one of these 'terms and conditions'
but what i do know is that frankie made sure that he was convinced that every piece was going to a good home, and a herakut fan, it was definetly not a case of who had the most money

Herakut - 'Dirty Laundry' - PHOTOS, by jonpud on Dec 14, 2008 20:58:22 GMT 1, Early in the purchase process Frankie asked if I would agree to a two year 'No Sale' clause, basically if I wasn't willing to do so then I couldn't be considered for a commission.
I agreed for the simple reason that no realistic amount of money offered would see me part with this. I don't flip, pure and simple. Like many others, if I get tired of a piece, or I need to make room then reluctantly I sell, but even then it hurts to see a piece of art leave my posession!
Anyway, Frankie has not asked me to sign anything to say I can't sell, I think it might have been a test to see if the prospective buyers were genuine? Without doubt there would be a few quid to make on these, the asking price was more than sensible considering the size and that each one is unique, considering the quality of the show, the framing, the location, the presentation packs etc, etc I can't see how Frankie made much out of this!?
Frankie is due huge respect, along with Jasmine and Falk I beleive they have given access to their work to people of a similar standing as themselves and not saved it for the super rich. I mean what would you sooner have on your wall? A one off hand painted stunning canvas or a Signed B&W Trolleys? Thank fuck Laz never got hold of Herakut, these paintings would be ยฃ25k each + and out of the reach of mere mortals like myself!
I now have my canvas, it will be on my wall Monday, I can't stop staring at it, simply stunning!!!
Nice one Jasmine, Falk and Frankie, serious respect and thanks to all of you from one very happy christmas PUD!! ;D

Herakut - 'Dirty Laundry' - PHOTOS, by low3 on Jan 19, 2009 1:47:15 GMT 1, How did all you guys get a piece commissioned? I'd be really interested to know the process you all went down. can't believe the quality of nearly every piece i've seen from the show. You are some really lucky people! I'd love to own one of my own, but got to say I'm a bit clueless as to how to go about it. Would they be looking at taking commissions at the moment?
Also, what sort of money were they?
