he has said on his site there is nothing new till his oct show which he is working on now... i think it will be amazing show.... think after oct show people will be in better position to answer your question... at the moment he has said himself it is going to be reworkings for the next show in SF ... i think there will be a time he will get very close...s

As for getting close to Banksy - thats a Joke IMHO - not in the same league.

his oct show believe will make so many people happy and his art pieces wont all be for £4k some pieces will be accessible for people on tight budgets... think the show will be talked about for a very long time afterwards also.... the turn out will be crazy there though!...s

I personally don't think so. Banksy's work works on so many different levels, the humour, the political/social commentary etc etc. Although he didn't start the stencil style in which he is so well known he is responsible for bringing it to the masses and through a series of well thought out/well constructed pieces he is known by everyone in today's society. I don't D Face could replicate anything like this. His anti-corporate stance along with his williness and desire to work in places such as Bethlehem gives his work social credibility and respect.

I really like D Face's work but don't think the two can be compared in any sense.

Perhaps "bigger" might be a more accurate word than "better" in this instance. Personally I don't think D will ever be bigger than Banksy - he's the Daddy. The only way I can see it happening is if Banksy disappears/stops for some reason and D keeps going. I'm yet to be convinced that D has enough different work within him tho' - hopefully the Oct show will change that impression for me.
