If you read a couple of threads in the For sale ebay section, you'll see they are starting to get a little bit heated.
All good fun to watch I suppose, but I reckon there are a few bridges that are not going to be rebuilt :-)
I haven't put much thought into it, which is no change for me, but...
Would an ignore member button help on this forum?
Is it possible?
Do we care?

How would it work? If it just ignored comments made by a particular member, wouldn't it make a thread seem a little disjointed?

I'd like it. I notice certain people around here aren't interested in positive or considered comments, just rude/negative and often silly remarks /

ignore button, low level censorship.. remember that next time you criticise a banning or a closed/removed thread

ignore button, low level censorship.. remember that next time you criticise a banning or a closed/removed thread Self censorship is different. I choose not to read the Daily Mail or the Express. However I could if I wanted to.... Similarly there are individuals who post a lot of gibberish and nonsense on here. Currently I just don't read their posts 'cos I know I'll never get those 3 seconds back and life's too short...

exactly PP, you dont need a 'censor' button, just dont waste time reading posts/threads which are heading down the wrong track, works very well. an ignore button is a childish solution to a childish problem, IMO of course.
