even with the high prices its still a bun fight, i prefered the bun fights when the prices were more reasonable ie 70 quid, now you get something in your basket and think do i really want this, i just don't get any tubes through the door anymore

it will be interesting to see if the BANKSY release prices get inflated as well...it would not surprise me a bit if the days of the 250 quid u/s print are long gone.

I think most of the releases have hit a fair market value for them so I am not too upset with pricing.
I was able to pick up a K. Brookes Thai Terror and Bast Mickey though I wish I was able to get the colored Mickey instead.

Is our 'scene' that great? To be honest in this country i'd only say that Banksy, Neate, Cyclops & Sweet Toof really produce work that astounds me. All the money seems to come through the UK, but i'd suggest that probably causes more harm than good.

I would love to see Banksy roll out a ยฃ200 unlimited unsigned print which will hopefully give every one the chance of hanging a Banksy on the wall and boosting the year end profits for POW at the same time....And curbing the flip brigade. I personally will be watching ebay and laughing at the flippers making a loss.

remember they used to sell ltd Banksy screen prints for ยฃ35 and with a high edition costs would be lower.
I would reckon between ยฃ50 and ยฃ100 for an unlimmited screen print.

If it was a smaller edition I would have snapped it up though Bast is one of my favourite artists around at the moment! ;D
