I am a private collector with many Banksy prints and would like to sell my Banksy Choose Your Weapon VIP Silver edition print that is signed and numbered to 25. Attached are photos and a photo of the Pest Control certificate. I will also include the original invoice form the gallery it was purchased from. It has never been framed and has sharp edges and no rolling whatsoever on the print. it is completely flat. I have never seen a Silver edition come up for auction or be sold privately so I'm asking a premium due to its rarity and how the VIP editions were only available to VIP collectors of Banksy and not for sale to the public. Photos do not do the background color justice as the color of the silver is truly amazing to see in person; It really resembles a silver flake "paint" on the print. If you are not interested or think my price is too high please do not ridicule the listing. Advertising this the wrong place I fear. There are no really serious buyers here and most certainly not with that price tag. Not saying it's overpriced, just saying you need to find a forum with deeper pockets and geniune intentions.

I would suggest you are wrong by a country mile.  There is absolutely a range of buyers on here, some have pockets more than sufficient to buy this if they so desired and believed the pricing fair.

totally agree, Ive bought / collected from the homes of forum members with original Banksys / os gemeos / warhols / Kaws etc the list goes on, where the price of the art just in the areas I saw was more than the seven figure value of their home. There are a lot of individuals on this forum with more than sufficient funds to meet this pricing plus some, should they value it at the price. Im not sure where your opinion is coming from pollz but all I would say is no matter what you sell or where, there will always be a few people who want to waste your time

agreed.  a gwrb diptych canvas set just sold here and thats a serious 6 digit piece.  there are some pretty serious collectors on here

my only issue is with the seller of the silver cyw themselves, something just isnt right.  i do love this piece however.

Unfortunately, people making assertions without backing data or evidence is rampant on here. It happens way too often and is potentially dangerous because there are always going to be people who believe their rubbish!

Good luck with the sale, for my eyes that is the best color of all the edition 25s. To think those were only released a handful of years ago at a sliver of this price is mind boggling and please don't take that the wrong way as i think that's a reasonable ask for this color in 2015. My comment stems from the standpoint that this artist's generosity with others too often gets overlooked due to the magnitude of his own success.

Thank you everyone for your opinions. I didn't know what to price it at, if it was too much, too little, or just right because I've never seen one get sold on the private market. Thankfully I did get a few private messages from potential buyers and trying to sort it through. I think this forum does have some big pocket buyers but they choose to be more discrete about it. If anyone else in this forum is interested in this piece please private message me soon as I think I will have a closed deal within a few days. Thank you again.
