It is in perfect condition, never framed stored flat in acid free folder.
It is an printers Proof (not numbered) but there are only a few in existence.
on the back is a personal message to me (Happy days FAKE)
Happydays is T.WAT favourite expression ;-)

Yes, it is still available.
There is no COA but You can ask T-wat to issue one for you once you buy it.

Did the same with a T.Wat piece I bought years back - was an original so asked him for a COA - he did me a stencilled COA with Grrr.eat Britain on one side and Dysfunctional Mickey on the other
Fake is a good guy to deal with and I'm sure t.wat will sort you out too.
