Had a colour (can't remember even which one in a cart) but just couldn't bring myself to buy it. I'm sure it will be nice but it's not an image that would go on the wall as I've not got a clue what it means.
No it isnt.. it is the owners to chose to sell it or not.. they have the ownership.. its nothing to do with misrepresentation.. its the law.
If you were selling a car, and someone came and had a look, you agreed a deal, then you decided you didnt want to sell it.. you dont have to.. the same with anything you own..
The only reason you see Tesco etc sometimes cocking up and selling at silly prices is for the PR it will bring
I think you are misunderstanding what I am saying - or misinterpreting the law - you absolutely have the right to decide you do not want to sell your goods etc at any time - no argument there
if money has changed hands the transaction has been completed and the Seller and buyer have entered into a legally binding contract - from the message on GP it would seem people have completed purchases.
The buyer has fulfilled their obligation in providing the requested money for the goods and it is now for the supplier to provide said goods. If goods have been damaged and supplier isn't able to provide a suitable and acceptable alternative then refund is the only way to go - but it is a bit difficult trying to argue that you have 100 of the same items yet none are a suitable replacement......
I'm afraid grahamh is spot on. In contractual terms it was an 'invitation to treat' not an 'offer', so Graffiti Prints are not contractually bound.
Bit of a joke really to be honest !!!!! Waited at 2pm site crashed. Managed to get on at 230 pm but site crashed again !!! When I got on obvs all sold out ! I'd like to know how many prints were actually available for sale seeing as members don't actually know if they have bought one !!!! Poor show!!!!
Daniel Silk: In my opinion, Imbue, Ryca and Mobstr would be artists producing the freshest art in the past couple of years. Who would be your top 3?

Daniel Silk: I have been having a big tidy up in the Banksy forum part of the site over the past few days. I think you will find more threads in the correct places, but still lots more to do.

paulagibbs: From someone who used to build websites, this site is not easy to navigate, and all those flashing ads at the top are annoying and rather low-end looking. I am guessing the only people who are going to visit are artists trying to sell their art.

pgm: hey guys, quick question: I have a For Sale thread posted on June 26. Since then I updated the post with new and sold pieces and commented to bump it. But it is now stuck on page 11 of the Art for Sale thread (and noone sees it). Is "bumping turned off" somehow?
