Mr Brainwash Cans 11 April, by Dr Plip on Apr 11, 2013 21:37:45 GMT 1, I like how the ones on eBay can now be sold in "as is" condition.
They could arrive absolutely stuffed. But it's "as is" innit?

Mr Brainwash Cans 11 April, by Dr Plip on Apr 11, 2013 21:41:44 GMT 1, I think it's hilarious that one of the gold ones is on eBay already, when for the same price you could get 9 regular cans so have all bar one of the normal colours! The word muppet comes to mind! Even better, there's a pink one on. And that's still available at source.

Mr Brainwash Cans 11 April, by schlege on Apr 12, 2013 8:04:50 GMT 1, I thought I wanted to buy a cheap MBW print as it would be the ultimate kitcsh decoration item I can imagine. Well, this beats my imagination. I know buying one is a sure sign of being retarded, but... Well its just cool to have the stupidest possible piece of junk on display at home Next to my otherwise lovely art collection.
I promise this will be the last (and first) MBW I will ever buy. (got a red one)

Mr Brainwash Cans 11 April, by skylarkin on Apr 12, 2013 16:07:13 GMT 1, Oh ps I have no issues with brainwash infact I quite like him as a personality. When it come to his art it's a bit hit and miss but he/his team have produced some nice work in the past, though the more recent works I feel have not been as good. If he sells these out then kudos to him we would all do the same if we could He is the equivalent of habitat furniture. Over priced, working on past glory, better and cheaper products are available with a little research.
But with the film striking a cord, who can deny him his moment of glory. Ah the moment when some one walks in admires your picture on the wall and you can say its that guy from the banksy film - over priced tat will never feel so good...Still rather him than say a big brother contestant getting there year of fame... But its not for me, so im out..

Lol I found the analogy amusing and yes defo rather him than a big brother contestant! Funnily enough I do have a large Mr Brainwash in my sitting room but it's a beautiful weapon of choice edition of 10 bought from a great forum member. A lot of people comment on how much they like it but funnily enough after an hour of trying to dxplain who Mr Brainwash is I give up and go "that guy off the banksy film" lol. Another reason why your response tickled me

Mr Brainwash Cans 11 April, by iamzero on Apr 12, 2013 19:17:54 GMT 1, I had to endure an hour or so of a young kid in the orange shop last week tell me all about how MBW is actually Banksy and and his knowledge on said mr Banksy while my dad signed up for a new phone. I didn't really have the energy to put right his energetic ramblings.
