I think it's a bad of AOC to be honest as it wouldn't have taken much to put the books in a 'Do Not Bend' envelope rather than a standard flimsy one, plus charging £5 postage and the actual cost was £1.25! School boy error on their part and hope you get that resolved somehow georgec7 as i'd be pretty miffed with that!

George, I have PMed you. Atom, I don't think it's fair to blame us as this is the only casualty we've had and the postage included packing which included 100 sheets of specialist wax paper, the envelopes, the stickers and the fact we hand wrapped each one as beautifully as we could, which took a very long time I can assure you.
We can't be held responsible for stupid postmen, it's not as if the packages don't fit through a letter box, thats the entire reason Remi made the book at that size. S
Got an email from Remi this morning to sort out a replacement! can't say fairer than that!
That's good news George
I'll echo that! nice one George! I had a feeling Remi would sort you out!
I wasn't blaming AOC by the way, it was a beautifully packaged piece, I was just pointing out that maybe if they were put in do not bend envelopes then maybe postie would have been a bit more careful...I still think the postage price was a bit cheeky but hey!
